1 Introduction & Applicability

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• If any information provided at registration changes, you must update your account immediately.
• Accounts cannot be created in the name of a company or organisation. All accounts must be strictly personal.

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Betway 365 currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. You must use your own payment account when making a deposit.

Deposits made through a third party or from another person's account are not permitted. Any such transaction, if detected, will result in the account being placed under review and the funds may be returned.

Betway 365 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which Betway 365 bears no responsibility.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a mandatory policy to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (standard account)
• Higher limits apply for VIP members
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete
• Additional identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal

Standard account withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, though most are completed within 1–3 hours. VIP Gold members receive withdrawals within 30 minutes, and Diamond members within 15 minutes.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on Betway 365. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, and applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: You are generally required to wager 30 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Attempting to defraud or harm other users

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw your balance before closing your account.

Betway 365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Suspicious transactions or potential fraud
• KYC Verification Failure
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Applying Responsible Gaming Tools

Upon account closure, the regular balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, different terms may apply in cases of policy violations.
